Paralysis is a dramatic and contrasting acrylic piece on cardboard that utilizes large brush strokes. The main focus of the piece is the stretched hand which can be seen from the composition and style. I am capturing a scene that is reflective of my relationship with the people around me. It represents many frozen moments in time where I found myself distanced from social experiences and felt a sense of despair.
